Services for Workers' Compensation Claims

Workers' compensation claims require specialized service and support. PMA has developed industry-leading capabilities for ensuring that our clients' claims are serviced quickly, monitored every step of the way and managed with their bottom lines in mind.
  • Three-point contact program. Within 24 hours of receiving an accident report, our team initiates substantive contact with the injured worker, the employer, and the medical provider. We continue the collaboration when managing the claim and developing safe return-to-work strategies.
  • Claims registration and investigation. To help detect fraud, PMA registers all injury claims in ISO ClaimSearchr, the centralized, industry-wide claims database. We also perform a detailed, timely, and thorough investigation of every claim.
  • Subrogation. With our clients' financial interests in mind, we aggressively investigate the potential for recovery from all responsible parties.
