We've enhanced our toll-free call center phone numbers to include a
prompt for Spanish-speaking callers. Whether English or Spanish is your
or your employees' first language, you can quickly and efficiently get
the service you need at PMA.
When you dial our toll-free call center phone numbers, you now have the
option to press 5 to talk to a Spanish-speaking Claims Service
Representative. Once this option is selected, the initial greeting will
be repeated fully in Spanish and the caller will be routed directly to
our bilingual agents for service.
Throughout 2008, we will also update our
toll-free branch office phone numbers to include this option.
