Hotels and Motels
This group includes those
buildings designed for short-term occupancy that meet NFPA life safety
and fire protection standards operated as: hotels, motels, guest
suites, and primarily engaged in providing lodging and meals for the
general public.
Hotels which are operated
by membership organizations and not open to the general public are not
included in this industry. Rooming and boarding houses, sporting and
recreational camps, bed and breakfast are also not eligible, along
with Casino hotels.
