Group primarily focuses on the types of restaurants characterized as
upscale. This includes but is not limited to: white table restaurants,
white linen restaurants, fine dining, and restaurants with exclusive
cuisine offered in a distinct setting and prepared by a professional
staff. These restaurants include those offering classic, ethnic, or
specialty cuisine prepared and served by a professional staff in a
premium setting.
Catering operations, which are incidental to the restaurant operation,
is included in this industry group. Wholesale restaurant suppliers are
also included in this group.
