The PMA Insurance Group Names Eric Reiner, Assistant Vice
President,
Central Region Claims

Pennsylvania, June 12, 2006 -- The PMA Insurance Group is
pleased to announce that Eric Reiner has been appointed
Assistant Vice President, Central Region Claims. In his new
role, Mr. Reiner will lead PMA's Insurance Claims Operation in
Central and Western Pennsylvania, Maryland and Washington, DC.

and Chief Claims Officer, The PMA Insurance Group. "Eric is a
seasoned claims executive with a proven track record of

Mr. Reiner, who
was previously Regional Claims Manager, Harrisburg, The PMA
Insurance Group, joined the company in 1988 as a Senior
Account Claims Representative. During his seventeen-year
tenure with PMA, he has held several positions of increasing
responsibility, including Regional Claims Supervisor, Claims
Manager, and Corporate Liability Specialist. He began his
insurance claims career in 1985.
Mr. Reiner earned
a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from James
Madison University, Harrisonburg, Virginia. He earned the
Associate in Claims (AIC) designation and the Chartered
Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
