Toby Hittinger Joins The PMA Insurance Group as Assistant Vice
President, Corporate Workers' Compensation Claims
BLUE BELL, PA October 16, 2006 The PMA
Insurance Group is pleased to announce that Toby Hittinger has
joined the company as Assistant Vice President, Corporate
Workers' Compensation Claims. Ms. Hittinger will provide
strategic direction in ensuring technical claims excellence in
the Group's major line of business.
Previously, Ms. Hittinger served as Director of Claims
Services-Home Office Claims for Harleysville Insurance where
she led various process improvement initiatives. She began her
career with Liberty Mutual as a Multi-Line Claims Adjuster and
later joined CNA Insurance Company as a Workers' Compensation
Claims Team Leader. Prior to her most recent position, Toby
worked as a Workers' Compensation Claims Supervisor. She has
more than 20 years' experience in the insurance industry
specializing in claims handling and oversight.

Ms. Hittinger holds CPCU, Associate in Claims, Casualty Claims
